Broccoli Salad

Pretty and Tasty

In the kitchen with my brother

2 large broccoli heads with stems, roughly chop florets and shred stems
6 oz. of Ocean Sprays dried cranberries and golden raisin mix
1 ½ cups of slivered almonds
1 package of applewood smoked bacon, cooked crispy and chopped
½ red onion, finely chopped

Dressing:
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 cup sugar

In a large bowl, mix the first 5 ingredients.

In a small bowl, add the ingredients for the dressing and whisk until smooth and blended. Add dressing to broccoli salad and mix well.

It tastes best when you let the salad sit for a couple hours in the fridge before eating. This lets the flavors blend.
